Fast-drying, Solvent-resistant barrier for use with Plastisol, U.V. and solvent-based inks. Albatross Red Block Out is a water-based solution that forms a barrier to ink when dry. Albatross Block Out has the right viscosity to spread easily over every mesh count with reduced dry times. Non-flammable and freeze-thaw stable. NOT INTENDED FOR WATER-BASED INKS.
